My name is Tommy Sweeney, and ten years ago I started the coolest custom picture frame shop I could imagine. I've been making it better ever since (since I can imagine more coolness). I love what I do, and it shows in my work.

I have been framing pictures since 1986.
Description of Services:
Eye Level Framing is a full service custom picture frame shop that is open to the public with a great location on the near east side of Madison WI. I'm also are the preferred framer for many corporations, art dealers, galleries, and private collections.
In addition to framing art simply and elegantly, I make sure it lasts as long as possible. I will pick up and deliver, usually at no extra charge, and I like to hang up the stuff I frame.
I like to work with interior designers, architects, and just about any serious art fan (the most enthusiastic are often proud parents!)
My rates are in line with my peers, but most of my clients choose me for quality of work, and commitment to the long term relationships that have made my company so great over the last decade.
