My name is Tom and I am a 7 year "veteran" of the merchant bank card industry. I say veteran because the average life of a merchant services rep in this industry is 1 year. In a rapidly changing industry I pride myself in the continued education of everything from PCI compliance to software integration. Description of Services:
SwipeWorks, Inc provides credit and debit card processing services to restaurant, hotel, retail, B2B, petroleum, and grocery merchants throughout the United States. In addition, we offer many solutions to gift and loyalty programs no matter what the size or type of business.
As a local relationship manager, my job to ensure that merchants are given uncompromised service and a fair value. Our full disclosure wholesale pricing allows merchants to take advantage of substainal savings and allows SwipeWorks to bring integrity to the industry.
In addition, as VP of Business Development, it is my responsiblity to hire and train qualified reps that model the SwipeWorks culture of service and professionalism.
