Small to medium sized companies are different than large companies and, therefore, require a different type of legal representation and relationship with their lawyer. In small to medium sized businesses there are no departments that are staffed with specialized employees. Rather, there is a group of owners, key employees, and advisors that are responsible for all facets of the business. I become a part of that group. I believe it is vital to know all facets of the client's business. Small to medium sized businesses do not have the time to find the specialist for each of the numerous legal issues they encounter. Instead, they turn to their "company" lawyer who is also a key member of their group of advisors.

I represent businesses and their owners in transactional and litigation matters in the areas of business planning, real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions. Through my "golden rules" of practice, I provide cost effective and timely legal services to my clients which allow them to be more profitable and achieve their business planning goals.
