Description of Services:
* Provide strategic direction, including facilitating the strategic planning process, setting a clear vision, and redefining the mission. "We are bogged down, unfocused, trying to do too much. It's always some new project or initiative to do." If you have more than a handful of strategic priorities, you won't achieve them all.
* Develop internal capacity to strive for performance excellence by strengthening leadership, reducing cross region or department conflict/competition, and fostering a more engaged workforce. "People only do what is required, nobody really goes above and beyond. Why won't people accept responsibility and be accountable - what's so hard about that? We have a lot of technical skills around here, but not much in the way of truly leading folks." Everyone a learner, a teacher, a leader regardless of rank or tenure.
* Assess current climate and culture to determine gaps and opportunites to leverage the business. "What should we do - we've kind of plateaued. Should we be organized differently? Do we have the right leadership team in place"? Move from a personality based, insular culture to a performance based, innovative culture.
